Hey haayyy hellow...
Damn it sure has been a while
Sure I answered some comments (once) 
but I haven't got the chance to post new stuff and more importantly...
to manage my own contest
as ashamed as I am, let me try to redeem myself (a little).
About one week after I launched the contest, I got a lung infection.
Thinking I got rid of it I left for Sziget (OOHH MYY GOD YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE :3)
anyways, as soon a set foot on the train the lung infection returned, and I can't seem to get rid of it since...
Singing hurt, talking hurts and it even wakes me up in my sleep (boohoo right)


Soo I was thinking about extending the contest, 
give me and the competitors the honest chance to hear the demo!
I'm not sure of how long it will take for me to record it, but I know I will!
If any of the competitors feel like it would be unfair to extend the deadline let me know ^^

The competitors, as for now, are;

I saw this neat post through Lady-Yume about Itsjustwordsreally's song.. Contest... Thingy.
The contest is for writing a 4 line chorus to an adorable love song he's writing and if he likes it he puts it in the song. I'm going to copy-paste his lyrics and fit my four lines in bold where they're s'pposed to be. These lines were inspired by something he said himself in his journal. Somin' about how their love was too good to be true and I liked that and thought it fit really nicely with the song.

(I'm so sorry XD I was talking with one of you lovelies and jokingly called you guys Team Fandom and now it's stuck in my head, ilysm, please don't shoot me XD)
Anyway!  My friend Itsjustwordsreally is a really wonderful, amazing, talented singer!  He turned my poem Passion into a song, and I shit you not, it's been months since he sent it to me and I still listen to it about eight times a day XD  He also writes his own lyrics and stuff, and he thought it would be cool to host a contest where you get to help him finish his lyrics :3

It's truly heart warming to see how many of you participated in the contest!
I promised to put up a demo giving you all something to build on...
and I hate myself for saying this, but I bought a little cold, and speaking hurts, a lot. 
A promis is a promis, so I will try and sing trough it all... euhm.. just bare with me!

So far I read some great pieces, sounding better than my own verse, really. 
It will be incredibly hard to choose and so I might look for an extra judge (volunteers? sHavYpus guurwwll, hint hint)

Haha, euhm I'll be off to Sziget in less than a week so that means I'm not replying for 2 weeks. 
But, please do keep sending in all of your submissions ^-^ I'll read them all once I'm back in black (or brown...tanned)

That's great, because life would be a bore if nothing happened.

I kid you not! I'm writing a song, a pretty sweet one if you were to ask me :3 
The first verse and the chorus are already written. (Just to set the tone)
BUT... there are some really good writers out here I'M LOOKING AT YOU *insert username here*!
The idea would be for you guys to write 4 lines,
similar to mine so they will fit the vocals :3
The song is about how you can ruin a perfect love,
just by telling yourself things are too good to be true. 
The Chorus is really deep and goes like;
La Di Da Da, which obviously resembles the heartbreak one would sing in a blues kind of way.
Just kidding, however that is how the chorus goes the first time around ^^

This still a one-take-demo but if I'm not mistaking I still have some time left to do it right

This song is not about the sadness and devouring sadness that comes with, well, any decease for that matter. 
I wanted them to know they're beautiful, with the only so many words I had.

Heyya everyone!

let's start this one of with saying I love you all :3 
and thank you all a ton for faving and commenting  

But really, I'd like to use this journal to get everyones attention and opinion ^^
I am participation in an awesome contest "FIGHT CANCER WITH ART".
The past I've spend an awful lot of time in the hospital (visiting my mother, she's getting better )
and it pains me so much, to see kids, teens, adults or the elder being torn apart by deceases.
I've decided to spent some time volunteering in hospitals, teaching kids the joy of music :3 little rockstars :3
........

GETTING TO THE POINT HERE; I'm writing a song to participate the contest and to raise awareness. 

One of the things that kept coming to me was something a friend of mine (suffering from cancer herself).
She said, I loved it when you came playing with us (yeah I played a few times there during her stay).
But she didn't like it because she likes music, she loved because for a few hours a week, she didn't feel like a patient. 

So my song is not about patients, heartbreak, broken families and fathers telling their sons and daughters it's "gonna be okay".
It's about how much I admire them, how strong they are, how beautiful. 
I wish I could do more, I wish I had more time, to give or share.
I wish I could tell them it would all be okay, but as sad as it is, I can't

I will keep you up-to-date!
